Jacquelyn D. Smith

Her clients include physicians, dentists, medical and dental group practices, hospitals, long-term care and senior living facilities, commercial vehicle insurers, small businesses and national corporations. Ms. Smith has successfully defended medical malpractice, premises liability and automotive liability cases at trial and through the appellate phase of litigation. She also represents professionals before state licensing boards.
