Mr. Simoni concentrates his practice in construction law, professional liability defense, commercial litigation, real estate disputes, adjacent property disputes, and labor and employment issues arising in the construction industry. He provides contract and business formation advice and handles contract negotiations as well as claims, mediation, trial, arbitration, litigation, and appeals on behalf of owners, developers, property managers, contractors, architects, engineers, construction managers, bond sureties, and others in the construction industry. Mr. Simoni’s experience includes public sector projects, large and small private commercial projects, large-scale, single-family home residential projects, and apartment developments. He prides himself on providing timely, creative legal advice in accord with the economics and goals of the matter. Mr. Simoni has been a guest lecturer for New York University’s Real Estate Institute diploma program, has given seminars on contracts and liability issues for members of the American Institute of Architects, and frequently presents as a speaker for educational seminars relating to construction.
