As the Owner and CEO of Little Home Builder in Denver, CO, she leads a firm specializing in accessory dwelling units (ADUs), focusing on creating affordable and flexible housing solutions. She manages all aspects of the business, from vendor selection to sustainable design and customer satisfaction, ensuring the company’s alignment with its mission and goals. Before founding Little Home Builder, Ms. Silva held senior roles at Bright Horizons and Right Management Talent Solutions (Manpower Group). As Senior Director at Bright Horizons, she transformed business development, tripling the B2B pipeline value. At Right Management, she excelled as VP of Sales, where her team doubled new enterprise logo wins in the first year, and as Director of Client Services, driving significant client portfolio growth.
