Ms. Scott concentrates her practice in the areas of estate and business succession planning, probate and trust administration, business law and real estate. She frequently advises individual and corporate personal representatives and trustees in the administration of estates and trusts. Ms. Scott is currently serving on the board of the Estate Planning Council of Indianapolis. Ms. Scott is also the Secretary/Treasurer of the Probate, Trust and Real Property Section of the Indiana State Bar Association. Ms. Scott received her certification as a Board Certified Indiana Trust and Estate Lawyer in 2017 from the Trust and Estate Specialty Board (TESB). She is licensed to practice law in both Indiana and Illinois.
