Shane Pullman

Shane M. Pullman is an attorney with Costello Porter in Rapid City, South Dakota, who grew up on a small family farm. He earned a bachelor of science degree in Biology from the University of South Dakota. After working at the University of South Dakota Medical School’s research laboratory and at CIGNA Insurance, Mr. Pullman attended the University of South Dakota School of Law and received his juris doctor degree with high honors in 2012. During his enrollment at USD Law, he interned at two law firms, the Environmental Protection Agency and the City Planning Department of Huron, South Dakota. Mr. Pullman joined Costello Porter in 2012 and is admitted to practice law in South Dakota, North Dakota, and the Rosebud Sioux Reservation. He is also a patent attorney registered with the United States Patent and Trademark Office. His practice is primarily focused in intellectual property, estate planning and probate, real estate, and civil litigation.
