Mr. Shamsi has an extensive background in real estate law and civil litigation. He has assisted clients in a variety of areas, including but not limited to construction litigation, boundary disputes, enforcement of easements and covenants, title litigation, commercial litigation, real estate transactions and commercial lease negotiations, business disputes, and trusts and estates litigation. After earning his J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center, Mr. Shamsi started practicing law in 2011, and joined Beresford Booth in 2015, where he has served a diverse array of individuals and entities, including financial institutions, community associations, contractors, creditors, individuals, and small businesses.
