Pascal Schlee

Mr. Schlee is a registered U.S. Patent Agent, focusing on patent drafting and patent prosecution in a wide variety of technical disciplines including mechanical machinery, chemical compositions, software applications, and electrical systems. In addition to his work on domestic patent applications, he also has considerable experience in patent prosecution before the European Patent Office (EPO). His work in managing international patent portfolios has equipped him with proficiency in navigating numerous international patent databases, including WIPO Patentscope, Espacenet, EPOline, as well as several national and regional databases spanning the globe. Prior to his career in patent law, Mr. Schlee obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering at Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology, where he conducted research on stormwater treatment through constructed wetlands, the findings of which he presented before the Indiana Academy of Science. In addition to working full-time at Schlee IP, Mr. Schlee currently attends the evening program at Loyola Law School, Los Angeles where he is working towards his Juris Doctor degree. He is also an active member of the Los Angeles Intellectual Property Law Association (LAIPLA), where he currently serves on the TechTainment committee.
