Sara E. Potts

Ms. Potts concentrates the majority of her practice on commercial litigation, corporate/business disputes, insurance, litigation defense (employment, transportation, professional liability, and products liability), and construction. In addition to her trial and litigation practice, Sara also counsels clients on a variety of corporate and commercial matters, including corporate formation and governance, director/officer liability, employer liability, employee terminations/severances, member disassociations and expulsions, shareholder disputes, and prelitigation dispute resolution. While she is based in Oklahoma City, Sara’s practice involves all areas and counties within Oklahoma, and she is admitted to all Oklahoma state and federal courts, as well admitted to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit.
