Mr. Salisbury began work as the Colorado Energy Office’s Director of Transportation Programs in 2024. In that role he oversees programs that advance transportation electrification including supporting the deployment of electric vehicle charging stations, electric vehicles, e-bikes and other electrified mobility options. Prior to working at CEO he worked for the City and County of Denver’s Office of Climate Action, Sustainability and Resiliency to deploy sustainable transportation solutions such as e-bikes rebates, e-bike libraries, electric carshare and EV charging stations. Previously, He worked at the Southwest Energy Efficiency Project focusing on state and local policies to promote transit, active transportation and electric vehicles. Mr. Salisbury received a Masters degree in Energy and Environmental Policy from the University of Delaware and a BA from Pomona College.
