Founder and Owner at King Garden Inc.
For over two decades, Mr. Sadler has led the field in the integration of horticulturally and artistically informed care of landscapes. He has worked on over 600 landscapes from city gardens to suburban properties to estates of great historical significance and large in scale. This specialized work has resulted in Mr. Sadler being sought after for the development of maintenance plans and training at prestigious public and private properties across North America. A gifted collaborator, he has been consulted by top landscape practices domestically and abroad.
Mr. Sadler began his career as a visual storyteller in the field of illustration, with a degree from the Rochester Institute of Technology, working on public and private commissions, including the Los Angeles Times and the New York Times. Seeking to express this artistry through natural forms, Mr. Sadler returned to school, SUNY-ESF on the campus of Syracuse University, to pursue master’s studies in Landscape Architecture; he started his own design firm in order to apply his philosophy of the integration of design and horticultural care. A certified arborist and master pruner, Mr. Sadler has contributed articles to several publications on the restoration of landscapes and travels extensively lecturing and providing training in aesthetic and horticultural pruning and care.
Mr. Sadler is an American Society of Landscape Architects member, an International Society of Arboriculture Certified Arborist, and an Institute of Classical Art and Architecture contributing member.
