Ryan McCabe

Shareholder at McCabe Trotter & Beverly, P.C. in ColumbiaMr. McCabe has assisted multiple homeowner’s associations and community associations with developer transition negotiations, including drafting covenants, bylaws, and transaction agreements. He also handles issues that involve litigation of collections and covenant enforcements. Mr. McCabe has extensive experience in the construction industry and represents developers, builders, general contractors, subcontractors, and material suppliers. Prior to practicing law, he was a trade contractor working in the EIFS (USG system certified), stucco, plaster, drywall, and acoustical ceiling industries. He holds a South Carolina Residential Specialty Contractors License. He has handled numerous legal matters involving construction matters. Mr. McCabe is a South Carolina Circuit Court Arbitrator. Prior to joining the firm, he served as a law clerk for James C. Williams, Jr., Resident Judge of the First Judicial Circuit. He received his bachelor of arts degree from Newberry College in 1995 and his juris doctor degree from Campbell University in 1999.
