Regional Manager – Pacific Region, Partner Engineering and Science, Inc.Ms. Park has over 13 years of experience in the architectural, engineering, and construction industries. She has experience in due diligence assessments for commercial, industrial, residential, and hospitality property types. She has completed assessments with a variety of reporting standards, including ASTM standards, ADA, BOMA, and customized client formats. Specifically, Ms. Park has completed remediation design projects, property condition assessments (PCAs), pre-construction reviews, BOMA surveys, detailed ADA and FHA surveys, feasibility studies, owner’s representation, construction progress monitoring, insurance replacement value (IRV) estimation utilizing Marshall & Swift, and Phase I environmental site assessments (ESAs). She has been involved in high-profile due diligence assessments including the acquisition of skyscraper buildings and property portfolios with values ranging from $300 million to $2.065 billion. Prior to working in property due diligence, Ms. Park worked at architecture firms mainly in the Los Angeles area and was involved in marketing, designing, drafting, 3-D modeling, rendering, construction administration and project management. She has worked on various domestic and international projects which include educational, civil, religious, residential, theatrical, retail and commercial structures. Notable projects include the San Francisco State Performing Arts Center; The LeMay Car Museum; One Santa Fe Development; conceptual design for condominiums in Chengdu, China; the Jet Propulsion Lab office building in Pasadena, and design concepts for ABS clothing stores in the US and Middle East. Ms. Park also practiced as an interior designer and has designed interiors for commercial and religious spaces on projects with budgets of up to $5 million in the Southern California region. Ms. Park has completed the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB) Intern Development Program, was a candidate for architectural licensure with the California Architect Board, and is currently registering with Hawaii’s Department of Commerce and Consumer Affairs. She earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Interior Design from James Madison University and her Master of Architecture degree from the Southern California Institute of Architecture in Los Angeles, California.
