Rosaleen Nogle

Assistant Principal Engineer, Chief of Sewer Maintenance and Stormwater Management Officer for the Buffalo Sewer Authority (BSA).Ms. Nogle graduated from the University at Buffalo with both bachelor of science and master of science degrees in Civil Engineering. Ms. Nogle is a licensed professional engineer in seven states including New York, and a board certified Environmental Engineer who holds various stormwater certifications. She has over ten years of full-time work experience with the Erie County Division of Sewerage Management (DSM), the Erie County Health Department, and the BSA. Ms. Nogle has produced stormwater management compliance documents for both the DSM and BSA and has reviewed countless plans for compliance with state, local and federal stormwater regulations. She manages a staff of 40 individuals and multiple contracts to operate and maintain the BSA’s wastewater collection and stormwater systems. Ms. Nogle also oversees compliance with the state municipal separate storm sewer system (MS4) permit for the BSA.
