Mr. Krzycki has over 16 years’ experience in the field of municipal stormwater compliance in such areas as public education, public participation, illicit discharge detection, construction site runoff, post construction BMP’s and monitoring. He has assisted in drafting stormwater ordinances and design standards and reviews and authorizes Notice of Intent SWPPP applications for large and residential sites. Mr. Krzycki conducts compliance inspections of both sediment and erosion control and Post Construction Best Management Practices. He is a CISEC Sediment and Erosion Control Certified Inspector and has worked in the field of design construction for over 30 years in both the private and public sector.
