Robert Pratt

Executive Vice President of Demand Construction Services, Inc.Mr. Pratt is a principal in the firm, and he is responsible for professional services in the fields of forensic schedule analysis, forensic cost estimating and damages. He also testifies on the meaning of contract clauses from a contractor’s perspective, and renders opinions on contract administration and standards of care. Mr. Pratt received his B.S. degree in Architectural Engineering from the University of Colorado at Boulder. He is a Fellow Certified Professional Estimator (FCPE) and a past national president of the American Society of Professional Estimators (ASPE). He has been a Mediator, and a member of the AAA National Panel of Construction Arbitrators. Mr. Pratt has been active in a number of construction trade and professional associations, including the ABA, AGC, ABC, ASA, and AACEI. He is ASPE’s representative on the Coalition of ConsensusDocs endorsing organizations.
