Water Resources Project Manager at Amec Foster WheelerMr. Niles is a senior project manager with Amec Foster Wheeler Environment and Infrastructure, Inc. and a key lead for Water Resource Services in the Northeast U.S. and the firm’s international Climate Change Practice. He has been assisting communities for the last 16 years to develop and implement a variety of water resource, stormwater management, and infrastructure programs. His projects encompass a wide range of expertise from stormwater management and finance programs to stream restoration, water quality monitoring, flood mitigation and levee assessment. Mr. Niles has worked with over 30 MS4 communities throughout New England to implement every aspect of the permit since its inception in 2003.
