Mr. Campos is considered a pioneer in the storm water management industry and has been labeled the “Storm Water Expert.” He is also an accomplished and respected superintendent with over 30 years of construction experience. Mr. Campos built SWIMS on three factors; honesty, integrity, and relationship building. Today his company serves the entire state of California and continues to grow. He is a dedicated leader in his community and beyond, raising his family, helping those in need, and enjoying life with his beautiful wife for over 20 years. Since SWIMS started over 13 years ago, Mr. Campos has added several divisions beyond Storm Water Maintenance, including Erosion Control, Post Construction, Dewatering, and QSP Divisions. SWIMS is a one stop shop from beginning to end of job sites. Mr. Campos is a SWPPP Trainer, presenting workshops to general contractors and property managers. He has also assisted several municipalities with education and implementation of their local storm water ordinances. He also participated in several Caltrans projects including “Filtration Test Projects,” the “Highway 116 Project” in Petaluma, and the “Lake Forest Transportation Corridor Project.” Mr. Campos is a CASQA-Qualified SWPPP Practitioner (QSP #00486), CISEC #0318 Certified along with CAL/OSHA 10 Safety Certified and C2 Cal Confined Space Certified. He frequently conducts SWPPP trainings for commercial developers, construction companies and property managers.
