Mrs. Reed has over 20 years of environmental consulting experience, she primarily supports commercial and industrial clients with transactional due diligence services and provides practical remedial solutions that become integrated into site development. This includes the evaluation of diverse property types including industrial facilities, multi-family residential developments, water utilities, and commercial spaces. She is an environmental professional as defined by the ASTM Standard E1527-21 and has overseen the environmental assessment of properties in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, New York, Delaware, Massachusetts, and other Mid-Atlantic states. The assessments are conducted in accordance with the ASTM Standard E1527-21 Standard Practice for Environmental Site Assessments: Phase I Environmental Assessment Process. Mrs. Reed also assembles, manages, and coordinates a team of professional experts, to collaboratively work towards developing a cost sensitive but effective investigation and/or remedial plan for clients in accordance with New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection regulations and guidance. she plans and directs the implementation of Preliminary Assessments (PA), Site Investigations (SI), Remedial Investigations (RI), and Remedial Actions for soil, groundwater, vapor intrusion and Underground Storage Tank (UST) investigations and closures. Mrs. Reed’s additional work activities include litigation support, technical third-party evaluation, oversight, and building management support (i.e. asbestos surveys, lead paint surveys).
