Raymond Sinagra

Principal, Civil & Environmental Consultants, Inc.Mr. Sinagra has more than 30 years of experience in all phases of architectural practice, from programming and design, through production of contract documents and construction administration. This experience includes award-winning design and project management positions in consultant, institutional and government organizations. Much of his architectural experience has dealt with renovations and adaptive use projects. Mr. Sinagra has extensive experience and insight involving the management, operation and maintenance of higher education and science and technology facilities, having designed many collegiate buildings and renovation projects, as well as having served on the staff in the facility departments of two major universities. Mr. Sinagra also has experience with the evaluation, design and renovation of transit facilities, public parks, civil infrastructure and historic structures. This experience serves him well at CEC, where he is overseeing the development of the AE services practice. In addition to his extensive building condition assessment experience, Mr. Sinagra has provided building design, building forensic studies, ADA analysis and compliance design, expert testimony and building code analysis and compliance.
