R. Haislip

Vice President of Engineering with Ductilcrete Slab Systems, LLC
Mr. Haislip has more than 30 years of technical and engineering experience, primarily focusing in design, sales and marketing of construction materials and technologies. After joining Ductilecrete in May of 2015, his primary focus has been designing, implementing and monitoring of Ductilcrete Slab Systems’ QA/QC program. At his previous company, Mr. Laughlin’s responsibilities involved developing a national program for construction of concrete pavements utilizing innovations in concrete materials and construction processes. Primary markets include new construction, white topping overlays, pervious pavement construction and pavement restoration for industrial facilities, commercial parking areas, residential development, and municipal pavements. In 2013 he initiated a specialized interior slab-on-ground flooring system incorporating a specifically-designed concrete mixture containing a high concentration of steel fibers and anti-shrink additives. Mr. Laughlin holds a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from The Ohio State University.
