Civic Infrastructure Collaborative is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization that drives public and private value from core urban infrastructure. Mr. Ponce previously served as Chief Strategy and Innovation and Officer at Millennium Garages, a public-private partnership spanning 3.8M square feet in the heart of downtown Chicago. With more than 9,000 parking spaces and 100 electric vehicle charging ports, Millennium Garages is the largest underground downtown parking system in North America and the largest public electric vehicle charging hub in the US Midwest. He brings to this work deep experience in energy, transportation, climate, and economic development, including management and policy leadership roles with City Tech, the Environmental Law & Policy Center, C40 Cities Climate Leadership Group and the City of Chicago, and management consulting firm A.T. Kearney. Mr. Ponce holds a bachelor’s degree from Indiana University, a Master in Public Administration from the Harvard Kennedy School, and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
