Boris Peyzner

Mr. Peyzner has earned a reputation as a litigator who quickly assesses issues in a case and works towards a swift resolution. He is admitted to the bars of the states of New Jersey and New York as well as the United States District Court of New Jersey, Southern District of New York, and the United States Court of Appeal, Third Circuit. Mr. Peyzner has extensive experience as a litigator, both trying and arbitrating cases, and negotiating settlements. He handles a wide range of matters including complex negotiations, litigation and transactions. Mr. Peyzner has litigated matters throughout New Jersey and New York, as well as federal courts throughout the Country. He regularly litigates matters throughout state courts at both the trial and appellate level. He provides value to the legal community by writing on “hot topic” trends.
