He is board certified by the Florida Bar in construction law and assists construction businesses and owners in the resolution of payment disputes, change order issues, and defect claims through negotiation, litigation and alternative dispute resolution. Mr. Rowell has spoken at numerous workshops and seminars, and was named as a Super Lawyers Rising Star in 2014. He earned his B.A. degree from the University of Arizona and his J.D. degree from the University of Miami.
