Peter M. Williamson is the founding partner of Williamson Law Firm. He has over 38 years of trial experience and has obtained multiple million-dollar verdicts and settlements (several of them record setting) for his clients. His practice emphasizes litigation involving business matters, construction disputes, the defense of wage and hour claims, and catastrophic injury claims. Mr. Williamson obtained his bachelor’s degree from Rutgers University and his juris doctor degree from Southwestern University School of Law in Los Angeles. He is currently a member of the State Bar of California, the American Board of Trial Advocates, the Los Angeles County Bar Association, Consumer Attorneys of Los Angeles, and American Attorneys for Justice. He has served as an adjunct professor of law at Southwestern Law School. He is also a trained mediator and received part of his mediation training at Pepperdine University’s Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution. Mr. Williamson has been named a Super Lawyer every year since 2010.
