David Peshkin , P.E.

Mr. Peshkin, joined APTech in 1996 as a Vice President and Principal of Applied Pavement Technology, focusing his technical efforts in: preventive maintenance and preservation; pavement evaluation and design; technology transfer for pavement design, maintenance, and rehabilitation; and pavement research. Today, as Chief Engineer and Principal, he provides consulting engineering services on airport and roadway projects across the United States and around the world. His current projects include a pavement preservation benchmarking study for FHWA, and surface treatment studies for Arizona DOT and the FAA. Mr. Peshkin holds BS and MS degrees in Civil Engineering from the University of Illinois, a BA in History from Swarthmore College, and is a registered professional engineer in 15 States.
