Ms. Paxton has more than 30 years of experience representing companies of all sizes in a broad range of state and local tax matters. She assists clients in resolving disputes concerning sales and use tax, corporate net income tax, capital stock and franchise tax, fuel tax, and business privilege tax liabilities. Ms. Paxton is a former Chair of the Tax Law Section of the Pennsylvania Bar Association.
