Patrick Mottola

Patrick T. Mottola serves as counsel to Chiesa Shahinian & Giantomasi PC in the Environmental Practice Group. He has extensive experience advising industrial, commercial and developer clients on a variety of issues related to Brownfield redevelopment, site remediation, real estate and corporate transactions, regulatory compliance and permitting, and the resolution of enforcement and litigated matters. Mr. Mottola regularly appears before the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection and the United States Environmental Protection Agency.
