Mr. Fitzgerald is an attorney with Bartkiewicz, Kronick & Shanahan in Sacramento. He advises clients on numerous water resources and public agency issues, including water right and water supply matters and compliance with state and federal water quality laws and the California Environmental Quality Act. He also provides counsel on Brown Act, California Public Records Act, and Political Reform Act compliance, and he has provided counsel and litigation assistance on Endangered Species Act matters. He represents clients in state and federal court and in proceedings at the State Water Resources Control Board. He received his B.A. degree from Stanford University, where he was editor in chief of the Stanford Daily, and received his J.D. degree with honors from Columbia Law School, where he was a notes editor of the Columbia Law Review.
