SWCA Environmental ConsultantsMs. Riley is a professional wetland scientist and certified environmental planner with over 32 years of experience delineating and monitoring tidal and non-tidal wetlands, assessing habitats, and preparing environmental reports, particularly in the mid-Atlantic states. She evaluates development projects for environmental concerns and regulatory requirements, and guides clients through the approval process. Ms. Riley holds a B.S. degree in Biology/Environmental Science from East Stroudsburg University and an M.S. degree in Ecology from Rutgers University.
