Mitchell Panter

Mr. Panter is the Managing Partner of Panter, Panter & Sampedro, a Miami-based personal injury law firm that has been serving the community for over 30 years. Board Certified in Civil Trial Law, he has achieved significant verdicts and settlements on behalf of injured individuals in cases involving personal injury, wrongful death, product liability, and medical malpractice. Mr. Panter has argued in many jurisdictions throughout the state including multiple District Courts of Appeal and the Florida Supreme Court. Beyond the courtroom, he is deeply involved in community service—having led multiple legal and civic organizations, lectured for professional associations and schools, and supported causes ranging from scholarships and education to the arts and animal rescue.
