Ms. Padish Hoebing is a skilled attorney who practices primarily in family law, criminal defense, and civil litigation. Prior to joining Padish Law Group, she served as in-house counsel at Benedictine University and Assistant General Counsel for the Cook County Sheriff’s Office, Internal Affairs Division. Ms. Padish Hoebing has a wealth of experience litigating in city, state, and appellate courts. Recognized for her achievements, she was named to the National Trial Lawyers’ Top 40 Under 40 in 2023, 2024 and 2025. She earned her J.D. from the University of Illinois Chicago School of Law and her B.A. in Political Science and Art History from the University of Arizona. Ms. Padish Hoebing is admitted to practice law in both Arizona and Illinois. She is actively involved in her professional community, serving as the current President and past Vice President, Treasurer and Secretary of the Scottsdale Bar Association. Ms. Padish Hoebing is also a member of the Arizona Women Lawyers Association and serves on the City of Scottsdale Personnel Board.
