Mr. Ghosh is a real estate lawyer in Raleigh who focuses his practice on land use and zoning and commercial real estate. Before practicing law, he worked in land development with a locally-based company. His background in the business better enables Mr. Ghosh to understand his clients’ needs and assist them in obtaining and protecting entitlements from local governments and state agencies. He also supports the firm’s transactional real estate law practice and has experience with reviewing and drafting lease and purchase agreements as well as other real estate-related documents. Mr. Ghosh is proud to call Durham his home and hopes to help shape the bright future of his hometown.
