Nicole Durbin is a certified public accountant and an executive vice president and chief risk officer at Citizens Union Bank. Prior to joining the bank in April 2008, Ms. Durbin worked for large regional public accounting firm specializing in financial institutions risk management consulting. She has over 17 years of experience and in her current position is responsible for the leadership and oversight of the Compliance, BSA, Internal Audit, and Loan Review Departments and regulatory matters. These responsibilities require a direct working relationship with the Board of Directors, Audit Committee, and regulatory agencies. Ms. Durbin is an active member of the ACFE,KYCPA, and IIA and has held Leadership roles with the Louisville Chapter of the ACFE for the past five years.
