Natasha Scott, Managing Deputy General Counsel of the Oklahoma Corporation Commission, has several years of governmental and administrative practice experience. Ms. Scott currently manages the Commission’s unit of staff counsel who represent the agency’s Oil & Gas, Public Utility, Transportation, and Petroleum Storage Tank Divisions in administrative matters before the Commission. She previously served as Deputy General Counsel for Public Utility and was the Commission’s lead attorney in numerous energy-related matters. Ms. Scott continues to practice in utility regulation in matters concerning electricity, natural gas, wind, and water, among other areas within the Commission’s jurisdiction. Ms. Scott was also an attorney for the Oklahoma Tax Commission and worked in private practice immediately after admission to the Oklahoma Bar. Ms. Scott holds an undergraduate degree from the University of Oklahoma and is a graduate of Oklahoma City University’s School of Law.
