Catherina Narigon

Ms. Narigon works as the legal counsel for the Department of Environmental Conversation’s Drinking Water & Groundwater Protection Division (DWGPD). She graduated with her J.D. degree from Vermont Law School in 2022, with a focus in energy law. Her role with the DWGPD involves creating and revising rules and regulations, and working with state and federal entities to develop approaches to contaminants of emerging concern within a water context. In particular, she works extensively with the Safe Drinking Water Act.
