Assistant Engineer at New York State Department of Environmental Conservation in Albany

Mr. Muthersbaugh currently serves as an assistant engineer with the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (NYSDEC) in Albany. At NYSDEC, Mr. Muthersbaugh works in the Division of Water, Bureau of Water Permits, with the SPDES Construction General Permit (CGP) program. Prior to joining NYSDEC, Mr. Muthersbaugh worked as a staff engineer with Enman Kesselring Consulting Engineers in Rutland, Vermont, and before that as an engineering intern with the New York State Department of Transportation in Albany. Mr. Muthersbaugh earned a B.S. degree in Civil Engineering Technology from SUNY Polytechnic Institute. Prior to his career in engineering, he worked in several industries including education and healthcare after earning a B.A. degree in Biblical & Theological Studies from Gordon College.
