Mr. Mulligan applies a practical approach to each case he works on. He knows what it is like for his clients who find themselves involved in a lawsuit with no idea about the many moving parts of the legal system. In each case, he takes a pragmatic approach to ensure the best results for his clients. Mr. Mulligan first started his legal career working in primarily construction law before broadening his practice to include insurance defense, personal injury defense, wrongful death claims, insurance coverage analysis, trucking accidents, property appraisals, and subrogation actions. He is admitted to practice law in the Minnesota State Bar, Wisconsin State Bar, and is a member of the Minnesota State Bar Association as well. Mr. Mulligan earned his undergraduate degree from Marquette University and his J.D. degree from William Mitchell College of Law.
