Feng Mu, P.E., Ph.D. Engineer at PNA Construction Technologies
Dr. Mu is a licensed professional engineer in Texas, who holds a doctorate in Pavement Engineering and a master in Geotechnical Engineering. He has over 15 years of experience in concrete paving, research and engineering, including developing optimized paving solutions for roadway, commercial and industrial paving projects, and analyzing their life cycle costs. Dr. Mu has authored many peer-reviewed technical papers, with high recognition or award. He currently serves on the Pavement Maintenance Committee of the Transportation Research Board (TRB) of the National Academies. He is an active member of the American Concrete Institute (ACI) 330 paving committee. He is also the cochair of the Pavement Design Committee of the American Concrete Pavement Association (ACPA).
