James R. Mozingo

Jim Mozingo is a partner at Mozingo Quarles. In the last 20 years, Mr. Mozingo has spoken at approximatively 80 seminars (in Mississippi, regionally, and nationally) on a range of legal and ethical topics. He has often taught courses specifically on ethical or environmental issues for the American Council of Engineering Companies of Mississippi, the Mississippi Association of County Engineers, the Mississippi Water Environment Association, the Mississippi Water and Pollution Control Operators Association, the Mississippi Rural Water Association, the Mississippi State Bar’s Environmental Law Section, and the Southern States Annual Environmental Conference.
