Ms. Moudy joined the Firm’s litigation and trial team, with an emphasis on medical malpractice. She has tried over 100 cases to a jury, worked almost 27 years in the Alaska Public Defender Agency, and litigated civil and criminal cases in courtrooms all around the state for 29 years. Raised in Talkeetna, she graduated magna cum laude from Gonzaga Law School in 1994. While in law school, she successfully argued a habeas petition before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals and received the Public Service Award from the Washington State Trial Lawyers Association.
