    Mr. Hagerty is a civil and environmental engineer with over 30 years of experience in the environmental and civil engineering consulting industry. Mr. Hagerty’s areas of competency and practice have included environmental permitting and compliance, environmental insurance support, storage tank containment system compliance, dam and waterway engineering, environmental remediation, landfill design and compliance, stormwater management, natural resources, land development support, remedial design, contaminated sediment management, residential metals remediation and construction QA/QC.     Steven Hann, Esquire

    Mr. Hann focuses his practice on environmental law and municipal law, and chairs the firm’s Environmental Law Department. He represents a diverse client base, which includes municipal authorities, municipalities, business entities, builders and developers. Steve personally handles all facets of a sophisticated environmental law practice, such as environmental litigation with federal and state government agencies and private parties, advising/representing clients on regulatory, permitting and compliance matters, and guiding clients on environmental issues arising in business and real estate transactions.     Mr. White has over 20 years of experience in engineering, ranging from compliance and industrial wastewater and air treatment system evaluations to remedial study/design projects. Mr. White works with clients across a variety of industries, including iron and steel, utilities, specialty chemicals, food and food additive processing, and petroleum refining. He has particular expertise in industrial wastewater and stormwater regulatory review and implementation support under the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) Program.     Mr. Wright is the director of operations for the Site Design at Montrose Environmental Group. He is a civil engineer and serves as project manager and senior project consultant for numerous land development projects. His duties include project planning; engineering analysis; municipal and permitting agency coordination; and production of land development plans, construction plans, and reports. Mr. Wright has been working in the site design field since 1984, working on large and small multi-disciplined private and public land development projects. Mr. Wright has developed a unified design approach that coordinates planning, architecture, and landscape architecture with the civil engineering design based on his experience working with various types of clients. This approach has enabled Mr. Wright to successfully manage projects from conceptual design through completion of construction on a variety of commercial, residential, industrial, and institutional projects. Mr. Wright’s duties include project planning; engineering analyses; and production of land development plans, construction plans, and reports. Mr. Wright specializes in creating engineering designs that are efficient but that also enhance the project.
