Michael Pérez

Mr. Pérez is the managing partner at Warshauer Law Group, where he represents catastrophically-injured clients in medical malpractice, birth injury and wrongful death cases. He is a board-certified civil practice advocate, a distinction held by approximately 3 percent of American lawyers. He also holds an AV Preeminent rating, the highest possible rating in both legal ability and ethical standards. Mr. Pérez was recognized as a Rising Star in 2014 and 2015, and named a Super Lawyer in 2018- 2020. He serves as a board member of the DeKalb County Bar Association, and he serves on the State Bar of Georgia’s Committee on Professionalism. He is also a member of the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association, the American Association for Justice and the Georgia Hispanic Bar Association.
