Mr. Schafer is a registered civil mediator and practitioner in the areas of litigation, risk management and technology. He represents clients in all aspects of the litigation process from the initial filing to settlement or trial. In addition to the normal aspects of litigation and risk management, Mr. Schafer assists clients with developing electronically-stored information policies and the process of producing and gathering large amounts of electronic information. In addition to presenting on various topics including e-discovery and risk management, Mr. Schafer is a member of local, state and national bar associations. From 2010 through 2016, he has been recognized as an Indiana Super Lawyers® Rising Star in the practice area of Civil Litigation: Defense.
