Matthew Ninneman

Special Counsel at Hall & Evans, LLC in DenverMr. Ninneman is a member of the firm’s Construction and Design Practice Group representing construction and design professionals on commercial, governmental and residential projects with respect to early project risk assessment, licensure, project management, contract drafting and negotiation, lien prosecution, pre-litigation claim resolution and mediation, litigation in state and federal courts, binding arbitration, and appeals. He is the co-author of Hard Hat Case Notes, a quarterly article in The Construction Lawyer, the ABA Forum on Construction Law national publication, for which he is also a contributing editor. Mr. Ninneman is a co-author on the desk reference comparison of the 2007 and 2017 AIA A201 General Conditions, which is due for publication in 2017.
