Mr. Barmore serves as vice president at Greenrise Technologies, LLC, a national green roof design, supply, installation, and maintenance company with offices in Nashville, Tennessee, Washington, DC, and Charleston, South Carolina. He is the board chair of Green Roofs for Healthy Cities (GRHC), the North American green roof and wall industry association. At Greenrise, he leads the company’s sales, business development, and estimating teams. A veteran of the U.S. Air Force, Mr. Barmore joined Greenrise after more than a decade of service at Firestone Building Products, where he held progressive roles in technical, estimating, national sales, and marketing. He has spoken about green roofs at numerous regional and national conferences including AIA, ASLA, GRHC, IIBEC (RCI), and NRCA, and at architecture, engineering, and general contracting firms across the U.S. and Canada.
