Lawrence Law, PLC, NoviMr. Lawrence focuses his practice in complex commercial, contract, business, real estate, and environmental litigation. He has extensive experience litigating state and federal environmental claims, including groundwater contamination, natural resource damage, and product liability claims, including claims under the CERCLA, RCRA, the Clean Water Act, and Michigan’s Natural Resource and Environmental Protection Act (NREPA). He also has experience in environmental, land use, and wetlands permitting; due diligence; easements and adverse possession; supplier/distributor agreements; community associations; and a wide variety of other commercial and business matters. He also worked on policy analysis for the Michigan Department of Environmental Quality in the Environmental Assistance Division prior to becoming an attorney. Mr. Lawrence graduated with honors from Western Michigan University Cooley Law School where he was a senior editor of the Law Review. He received his two undergraduate degrees from Michigan State University’s James Madison College. He is a member of the State Bar of Michigan, and the American Bar Association, and the Litigation and Environmental Law Sections, and the Pretrial Practice and Discovery and Environmental Litigation Committees.
