Since 2000, Ms. Munayco has been licensed to practice law in California and the Northern District Courts. Ms. Munayco’s legal experience consists mainly of family law, protections against abuse, some juvenile dependency, worker’s compensation and immigration. She is also a certifed mediator and rape crisis counselor. In 2013, she became of Counsel to All for the Family Legal Clinic, Inc and is the founder and managing attorney of Munayco Law Firm, P.C. Ms. Munayco has been named Superlawyer for 2019. The mission of Munayco Law Firm, P.C., is to offer services on a sliding scale to those who may not otherwise be able to afford the high costs of an attorney. Ms. Munayco previously served on the board for the Fremont, Union City and Newark mother’s club, and was a legal mentor to the online legal research site, Justanswer.com. When not working Ms. Munayco frequently volunteers with the courts.
