Mr. Roberts is one of the top trial lawyers on the West Coast. In 2011, he was elected as an Associate of the American Board of Trial Advocates (“ABOTA”) Las Vegas Chapter. In order to be considered for associate membership, candidates must demonstrate exceptional trial skills and experience equivalent to 20 jury trials to verdict as lead counsel. In 2013 and again in 2018, Mr. Roberts was voted Las Vegas “Lawyer of the Year” for construction litigation by Best Lawyers. He is also recognized as a Best Lawyer in commercial litigation and a “Super Lawyer” – first in Georgia and now in Nevada. He was appointed by the Nevada Supreme Court to the Board of Trustees of the Nevada Law Foundation, and he served in that position for four years. Mr. Roberts received his B.A. degree in Economics from the University of Virginia, and his J.D. degree from the College of William and Mary.
