LAURA WALKER

As a member of the firm’s Commercial Group and Estate Planning Group, Ms. Walker works closely with her clients to develop and implement strategies to achieve their goals. In her business practice she advises clients on business strategies and prepares all necessary documents regarding choosing a form of business entity, corporate and business governance, employee manuals and trademark protection. Ms. Walker handles business transactions including purchase and sale agreements, real estate, shareholder and operating agreements and commercial leases. She obtained her B.A. degree, with honors, from MSU-Bozeman and her J.D. degree from the University of Montana in 2006. Ms. Walker regularly volunteers with the Eagle Mount Adaptive Ski Program and with the Junior League.
