Senior Project Manager at Civil Engineering ServicesOver the past 16 years, Mr. Wagner’s professional experience has been focused in the areas of civil/environmental engineering with a strong focus on stormwater management, flood mitigation, and sustainability. Within these areas his knowledge of engineering design practices, sustainable principals, and entitlements is broad and diversified and has been obtained through his experience on large urban design projects, environmental protection and remediation, water resource projects, industrial compliance, and commercial development projects. Further, through his continued service and leadership as the chairman of the Metropolitan Nashville Stormwater Management Committee, he has developed a specialized knowledge of stormwater regulations and their applications. Mr. Wagner earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Tennessee Technological University, and he has been a design engineer and project manager for multiple consulting firms across the mid-south. He currently sits on the board of Water City USA, a non-profit organization doing business as the Nashville Clean Water Project, which is dedicated to the clean water cause by developing programs that bring awareness to local watershed and stormwater infrastructure issues.
